I get awful sinus headaches from cigarette smoke in confined areas, but am a huge sports fan and love the atmosphere in the Sports Books (other than the smoke). Any suggestions?

   I like the MGM sprts ook that never seems smoky and Las Vegas Hilton is probbly the best but huge I did not notice smoke there

   There’s smoking in all the sports books. However, the Las Vegas Hilton and Caesar’s Palace sports books are huge and airy and I don’t think you’ll notice the smoke too much. Anyway, those two are the best sports books in town.
