So I’ve decided to to research on the location of professional sports teams, and why they’re located where they’re located. I just need your opinion.

    A professional sports franchise needs a large population to support the team and make it economically viable. There are not many cities in those regions that could support a professional sports team.

    Chicago
    Kansas City
    Minneapolis
    Dallas
    Indianapolis
    Denver
    Phoenix
    Milwaukee
    Green Bay
    Detroit
    Cleveland*
    Cincinnati
    Columbus
    Salt Lake City
    Memphis*
    Nashville*

    *A Geographical maybe
    Many other cities in the region also have minor league baseball and hockey, arena football, pro tennis and track
